About the Event
For Female & Non-Binary Students
WAVE was created for female and non-binary students between the age of 15-22 years old. No particular experience needed, just a desire to learn and grow into your career. We offer both in-person and remote sessions so anyone within the US is welcomed.
Your Personal Advisor
All our Advisors are talented professionals who are excited to share their unique experiences and expertise with you. Matches are made based on overlaps in career interests, hobbies, your location and more.
Program Commitment
WAVE is a free program but we take commitment very seriously. Registration is open year-round, but matches are only made 6 times a year. Once matched, each pair is required to meet once a month for the next three months. (You can stay in touch but not required!)

When Matches Are Made
Matches are made 6 times a year. You’ll stay with your match for 3 months before we mix it up and do it all over again.
